At the Hotels of the Disneyland Resort, the cast members use a series of posters to find suggestions for their guests. The posters change out each day, informing a cast member of three different items around the resort as well as the Extra Magic Hours for that day and the next day.
When I took over, I started adding seasonal designs to keep Cast Members interested. They usually were based on events like the opening of Disneyland, Halloween, and Christmas.
